Warmed up G2?

I had my sleeve done Monday morning and it is now Thursday morning. I have yet to drink the required amount of protein. I am supposed to have 3 of theses fruit punch protein bullets a day for a week. My new stomach is not tolerating cold drinks very well. Have any of you tried warming up G2? I find that protein tastes better when diluted with G2.

Thanks everyone,

Chelsea

I don't have my surgery until july 20th but I have read on here that in the beginning you have to worry more about being hydrated than getting your protein in. But that's an idea, I love G2. Especially the grape. High sodium though. I hear the protein drinks are awful and cause diarrhea. We shall see....

YES!! Lovemyboys is correct. Please don't worry about Protein right now!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is so hard to stay hydrated at this stage of the game!! Worry about that and not having to go to the ER to get fluids!!

Seriously, don't even worry about protein until you are able to eat soft foods.

I drove myself insane trying to do it all in the begining!! Just sip, sip, sip!! You will be fine!
