I'm Approved & Surgery Date!!!

Today has been a wonderful day. I got approval from BCBS of Illinois and I got my surgery date from my doctor's office. My surgery is scheduled for July 25th. I am soooooo excited and am looking forward to being on the loser's bench.:)

    CoNgRaTs!!!!! Try to take the time between now and then to relax. I know me and a few friends that had the surgery all worried ourselves to death and stressed over the what ifs.

    Do you have a pre-op diet to do?

    Thanks Ms Lady in NC. I have to do a two week liquid diet that I start on July 11th. Surprisingly, I am pretty calm right now but am sure I will get anxious as my surgery date gets closer.

    Wooohhoooo congratulations! It was a long road but you made it. You will be fine with the pre op diet too, I just know it. But take Regina's advise and relax anyway.
