Help! Real food - portion sizes

I am starting regular food this week. I have a list of suggested foods by category and what constitutes a portion but they don't say how much to eat. How many cups/ounces total per meal? I don't want to stretch the pouch need to know the amount/volumne to put in it at one meal. :help: One cup? Half cup? One and one half? Confused...:D

Thanks!!!!!

I was told 1/2 cup....I used a measuring cup! Your band will tell you! I am unable to eat breakfast....I eat a cheese stick around 10:30am or so....then am ready to eat 1/2 cup for lunch!! Until my fill yesterday...back on liquids!! Anyway....quit asking yourself if your satisfied?! Ask yourself if your still hungry...your usually not after a few bites!! It's such a head battle!!! You can do it!!!!!!!

God bless,

Melody
