Least Expensive Hospitals

Hello,

I contacted Medicare regarding Vertical Banding which is the one thing they won't cover. Does anyone know of some Hospitals in the US that are not too expensive? I can't get the procedure done in Mexico because I have a heart condition which must be closely monitored during surgery and won't risk infection by going outside the US.
