Hello, I contacted Medicare regarding Vertical Banding which is the one thing they won't cover. Does anyone know of some Hospitals in the US that are not too expensive? I can't get the procedure done in Mexico because I have a heart condition which must be closely monitored during surgery and won't risk infection by going outside the US. Best, James

Hello Emily, Thank you, I gave Sky Ridge in Lonetree a call. The bad news is that I called Medicare and they do not cover the Vertical Banding. I won't go to Mexico nor will I get the Gastric Bypass or Lap Band, this really sucks. Best, James
