soup and jelly diet!

hi everyone, i would like to ask if any one knows any good recipes for the soup and jelly diet?? i start the diet on the 7th of may so i thought i would try out a few recipes, i do not like cup a soups so i thought i would make my own and the dietician said that when i had strained the liquid out i can blend the rest and freeze it for the puréed stage. i can also use some spices but not chilly so if you have any ideas please let me know. when freezing the food should i use ice cube trays or bigger amounts in the puréed stage ?? also if i make plenty i can use it for the mushy stage if i leave it more textured, i would love to hear from you all as my op is fast approaching and need a bit of support.

thanks polly

My doc said split pea or bean soup was fine for liquids, just puree and thin out as much as you need to. If you have a crock pot, its as easy to make as can be.
