Some people do have lactose issues after surgery. I would just make sure that there are not chunks. Either strain the chunks out or puree them.

Good luck!

I have become a soup-a-holic. Make sure there are no chunks. Maybe add a little unflavored Protein (I use cream of chicken and unjury chicken flavored protein) so they help you get your protein in. Warm broth with chicken protein is good too.

I talk about that Unjury chicken protein so much that I feel like I should add a disclaimer: Nope. Not a paid testimonial. I just loooove the warm Protein drinks.

I haven't had a problem. Lipton makes a cream of chicken. They come in packets and you just add 6 oz of water and eat. It's really yummy. 60cal and only 1.5 g of fat. Prob would be good to add the chicken flav protein to it.

Cream of Mushroom and Cream of Potatoe are my favorite! I use a whole can of milk and blend it up so it's thin and creamy! It's so delicious!! I just love Campbell's soups! I also tried Progresso's Chicken Tortilla and blend that up with some Tapatio (hot sauce). Yumm-O!!!

Hey Kelly , where do you order sample packs of the unjury chicken soup? thank you :)

That Unjury Chicken is really good. I ordered 3 sample paks and they are yummy!

I am going to a tub!

Kelly
