These guys are located in Ft Lauderdale Fl. After making me jump through hoops for 8 mo they did nothing about filing the insurance paperwork for 3 mo then when my Insurance renewed June 1 it was to late the insurance had changed. They dropped the ball and now I am stuck

The insurance wont cover it and I blew up at the Doctors for screwing around for 3 mo. I wonder if they ever were really trying?

Think long and hard about Cohen and Bass
