I do not believe in "too fast"... In my world there is no such thing. BIG CONGRATS TO YOU!!! Keep up the good work, and take your weight loss and be very proud. :)

As long as you are following your docs plan, then go with it. It will slow down later, so don't get to freaked when it does, your body is doing what it wants and be happy!

There will be a time when you lose none it's called a stall! I hate stalls but I've lost 63 in 3 months on my way to take my 4 spin class this week and a yoga class right after that no saggy skin for me!

My God ... that is bloody brilliant... i certainly would NOT be complaining about fast weight loss...lol... as Diva said, keep up the good work!

I lost 41 pounds by 5 weeks out, but I had over 200 total to lose. It WILL slow down a lot. Just enjoy it now!! Congrats!
