I would love to hear how people who are years out, maintaining,etc. How is it going? What are the issues? Are you able to maintain and are there health issues surfacing? Thanks for everyone here being so open and helpful!

Jeffrey, All is good, i will be 2 years out from the op in May. I am very happy with the op and the results. I am nearly 53 now but I feel 10 years younger. Maintaining is easy and I think getting the VSG was one of the best decisions of my life.

I'll be 2 years out in June. Maintenance is pretty effortless. I have zero food issues, and live a very normal, active life.
