On to Pre Surgery Appointment

I am now waiting for an appointment date for surgery. I passed the eval and did my 6 months with the nutrician class

and making great changes in the way I eat and think about food..

I am going through so many emotions. Excitement for the new life ahead and challenges I will face for the better.... scared have only had one minor surgery in my life. Talked with family about everything...

I take it this is normal....
