So close I can smell it

Today I am 16 weeks post-op. I am getting so close to my half way point, I can, aahhhhhhhhh, smell it! I will post when I reach it but I am so excited that I am so close.

I am going to do the 5 day pouch test starting wednesday. Does anyone know if it's okay to do it this soon after surgery? I just feel like I have been eating too much! And too many carbs! I don't really count carbs, but some days its all I want. I don't want to get back into that bad habit.

Yay Sarah!!! I don't think doing the 5 day pouch test will hurt your sleeve at all. It's actually just the Post Op diet crunched into 5 days instead of 4 weeks. You can do it!!!

Let us know how it goes, and definitely let us know when you hit your halfway to goal, goal!!! :)

Almost half way sounds really good. Keep it up!

You are doing great! Let us know how the pouch test goes!
