Hello all!,
My primary care Dr has suggested that I not lose any weight before surgery as I am right on that 40 BMI weight amount.
I still want to start some kind of routine so I can get some good habits in advance. I was thinking of using weights/no cardio-so I can at least build some muscle before I start losing weight. I was going to concentrate on the arms, thighs, glutes and waistline.
Has anyone done this? I know that our bodies lose a % of muscle as we lose so I was thinking that this might be a good way to counter this so I don't end up skinny/fat.
