Acne?

I thought my face would clear up after surgery, but it has actually been worse. And I have a few spots on my back too which I have never had a problem with. Has anyone else experienced this and what helped? Thanks!

My adult acne got worse during my losing stage. My dermatologist attributed it to the crazy hormone flux and burning fat. I did not change my facial regimen, or do anything different.

It did improve as my weight loss slowed down when I got below goal, but I still have adult acne occasionally typically right before my period starts. My mom still gets a pimple here and there. I think it's a lot of genetics and body chemistry. Same thing with lose skin, and how well the skin bounces back after drastic weight loss.
