check it out. especially for those who recently had surgery, waiting, and newbies with all the questions regarding what and how to eat after surgery. I printed it to have a copy when in doubt about protein, etc.

    Wow, thanks Blaqbeary. I love the fact tht this site has been broken down into catagories and you can select the surgery that you're having and check out the nutrion and diet for the sleeve. GREAT INFO, I'm with you, I'm printing the booklet as a guide. Thanks for sharing!!!:lol0:

    I'm so glad this was posted. This is a hidden gem! The Pre-and Post-Oper's here can find something in this document! An excellent resource! Looking for my CD to reinstall my printer now!
