little concern

:confused1:hi Dr Jossart.... How do you do? I hope you hare feeling good!

I have a little question for you....

I read a lot on websites searching for long term results for the sleeve. I had a sleeve on april 9 2010 and I am 108 pounds down, I think is good.....

But, I really wonder about pouch dlatation. Many websites say that the sleeve is innefficient after 1 year because of the pouch dilatation. Is it always like that? Is it true that my stomach will expand, slowly for sure, in the future?

After 5 months, I see that I can eat a little more (but always smaller than 60 grms of food) but is true that is more than first weeks post-op.

I love my sleeve for now but I am really concern about the future.....

PS: excuse me for the mistakes....i am french lol!!!!!

Thank you for your time?

Chantale
