ok, this is such a large site that maybe this question has been asked already... BUT...
i'm fairly sure that VSG is the surgery i'm going to have. i'm scheduled for my surgeons consult on Tuesday (the 6th) and i'd like to know what questions are the most important for me to ask them? i already have a few good ones in mind, but i'm sure i'm overlooking something. so what were the most important things for you to know before your surgery?
also, it would be helpful to know your opinion on what answers i should expect to those questions and what should send up red flags (other than the obvious things like high complication/death rates?)
i kind of feel stupid for not already know these things, but this is the first time i'm having WLS, after all (and hoping it is only a once in a lifetime experience haha!)
