Bariatric Advantage Protein Drinks

I'm scheduled for surgery on Monday, 6/28. My pre-op instructions include 2 weeks on a liquid diet, my surgeon recommended Bariatric Advantage Protein Meal Replacement (www.bariatricadvantage.com). I ordered chocolate and strawberry powder, and they've pretty good, and because they are so high in protein (27g), I haven't felt too hungry, although I do miss chewing!

You mix 2 scoops of the powder with 8oz of Water. I've prefer them in a blender, I add a little ice and get a nice thick shake. I've also added the powder to water and mixed that way, which is great when you're on the move. I plan on continuing to use this product post-op

No they are not clear, tomorrow I'm on clear liquids, I double checked with my surgeon and I'm not suppose to have these.
