Help! 2 day pre-op diet????

Hello, I am being sleeved at a Bariatric Center of Excellence in two weeks from today, in another state. I asked them to fax my pre-op diet thinking I would be starting today... their pre-op is only 2 days! Should I start a low/no carb high protein diet anyway? I really want the best possible outcome. I would greatly appreciate any guidance. Thank you.

I only had 1 week of low carb/high protein as a pre-op diet. Every program is different. It won't hurt you to start a low carb/high protein diet, but if you want to stick with their recommendations it's what they have found works best for their patients.
