cupcakes?

Anyone know how many calories in a plain-jane (regular size) cupcake? One of my students had a b-day today and his mom brought me a cupcake. The boy's eyes were on me waiting to see me eat the dern thing. Luckily I burned over 600 calories during my workout today!

I can run it through myfitnesspal but need to know what flavor, and did it have icing? If it was iced, was the yummy buttercream or the not-so-yummy whipped/fake icing?

Oh, thank you,

It was chocolate (mix, not from scratch) with canned vanilla frosting...not homemade. Does that help??? I'm used to whipping everything up from scratch, so I don't know much about canned frosting lol

Thanks so much! I couldn't get to a computer last night and was posting via my blackberry, so thanks for your help. :001_smile:
