I've read a lot about energy level decreasing after surgery. True I had a muffin and some cantaloupe today. But I attribute 90% of my tiredness to me being overweight (and lazy).
Question is:
When I lose the weight, after I've had a VSG (I'm still pre-op), will I STILL be this tired? :sad0:
I just assumed that when I lost some of this weight I would CERTAINLY have more energy. Im just starting to wonder if there are other underlying issues here.
THANKS!
