Quiche

Ok.. tried this tonight.....it was ok....... but seemed like it was missing something. Or maybe it was the munster cheese.... I LOVE munster cheese, thats why I picked this one to make... but still think it was missing something. But it was good... Just didn't live up to it's name!!

Am on a "Quiche Kick" so will post the other ones I try here too!

Best Quiche EVER!!

Submitted by: eggs, beaten

3 cups muenster cheese, shreded

salt and peper to taste

oil

Directions

-Spray glass pie pan with cooking spray.

-Heat oil in pan over medium heat.

-Add onion to pan, cook until soft. Add broccoli and spinach, cover with lid.

-Beat 4 eggs with the salt and pepper.

-Add shreded muenster cheese to egg mixture.

-Once broccoli starts to soften, mix veggie mixture with egg and cheese mixture.

-Pour into pie pan, sprinkle top with more cheese if desired.

-Bake for 30 minutes, or until center sets.

      April Surgery
      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

      Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
