Whenever I enter the chat room, all I have is a white box ... if I hit chat again, then I get the "loading" message and then the chat menu opens up ... is this the way it's s'pose to work or am I doing something wrong? :thumbup:

We think this issue is only in Internet Explorer 8. We're working on finding a fix. In the interim, just click on the magnifying box once on the bottom right corner of the screen once you enter chat and see the white screen. Let me know if that resolves your problem please.

That doesn't show up on my screen...all I have is the white box - nothing more.

So I went back to check that out -- however, you must have figured out the issue with IE8 as I opened the CHAT room 5 times and all 5 times it loaded up .. so maybe this is now a moot point.

Okay this is too wierd -- if I open Chat in the same window, it won't load until the 2nd time ...however, when I opened it in a separate window - 5 out of 5 times it loaded first shot.

So I have no problem with opening it in a new window - that way I can still check posts while chatting
