What is the green zone?

This is not a term I am familiar with. What does it mean? Also, for people who have been banded in more recent years, are you still given a list of rules to follow?

As for rules, they vary greatly from doctor to doctor. There are some common denominators though- like no over-eating and following a healthy diet (though even the diets vary greatly).
