I had arm surgery Wed 9/11 . About how long do they keep stitches in and when do u start to wear the compression shirts? I have been told to keep my arm wrapped but it don't seem to want to stayed and a big hassle taking on and off to get a shower

Call your doctor. You should've been given all this information in your post op instructions.

I woke up in my compression sleeve and I did not have any external stitches. I can not be much help!! I would call the doctor if you have questions about his instructions! Good luck!
