Pb

Okay, I have seen this term used over and over and over, but I don't know exactly what it is. Feeling rather stupid, but, what does it stand for, literally, and I get that it feels awful, but what is it?

 :help:

PB is productive burp. When you over eat, your tummy says I TOLD YOU SO!! Generally you feel bad, lean over a receptacle and sort of let it pour out. If you don't, you will start to slime, feel worse then need to throw up as slimming just increases the volume inside.

So eat slow, learn to find the soft stop, and STOP or the band goes to work.

Thank you for your reply! I am glad to know what that is, and I hope that I do not experience it any time soon!
