Bad mushie idea! Yuck!

My favorite canned soups were on sale, and so I bought a can of chicken pot pie, my very favorite. I brought it home, pureed it, heated it, and prepared to have a delicious lunch. WOW! What a disappointment! I gave most of it to the cat, who didn't like it very well, either.

When I get back to real foods...

yeah...the chicken pot pie is real thick...more like a stew than a soup. I'm sure thinner consistency soups would puree better. When I was on all liquids, I pureed the veggies that came in the broth, dumped it back into the pot and heated the whole thing up. That worked pretty good.

Don't forget you can always add additional chicken broth to the soups or whatever you blend.
