I just got my 4th fill today. 5 months post op. Usually I have no soreness, bruising or anything but today at the injection site it twinges and I have a dime size bruise. Is this normal? All I have read on here are how painless, easy these fill visits are so im just wondering.

I wouldn't be worried. Sometimes different docs, nurses etc have better techniques than others when finding and manipulating the port with both their hands and the needle.
