Can i workout straight after a fill?

Hi everyone,

I just got my 2nd fill yesterday. Can i workout straight after my fill? I do crossfit and lift weights. Would love to here everyones opinions. Thank u!

My only instruction I ever got was to eat soft foods for 24-48 hours afterward.....and I would say be careful of "Gulping" water while working out...

I always do! Just drink tons of water (which I'm sure you do.) I agree on the gulping.

Sure you can. However, exercise can make you feel tighter so keep that in mind and tread lightly when combining it with a fill.
