Finally the scale is moving...

Well, for the last three weeks, I've been very upset because the scale hasn't been moving, but all of a sudden (this week) since Monday, I have lost 2 pounds. Finally, some results! Yippee! BTW I was banded on June 28th. Total loss now = 22 pounds.

    I know what you mean.. I was stuck for a few weeks too.. but now its moving down again.. so frustrating. I'm glad you got the scale moving again.

    Great im glad for u i know i watch the scale everyday i cant help im trying to slow down and just live it and the weight loss happen the way its supposed to im new and very excited banded july 23 rd i have lost 23 lbs so far im so happy too keep up the good work girl.
