I'm not going to lie..i had a few stumbling blocks but i made it..chest pains, shortness of breath, arm/shoulder hurting etc...but it gets Sweeter everyday....

Louiseobi - things have been going great. I'm down 100 lbs. I'm now 156. My goal was 150 but I'm going to go for 145. I have not lost any weight for 3 months. Been at 156 for 3 months it won't go away.
