I'm back and I'm BANDED!!!

I have to say I can't believe how smoothly things are going. I was banded yesterday (3-26) and I feel great. I am a little sore but nothing at all compared to what I was expecting. I am able to drink without a problem, although I am taking it slow.

If it hadn't been for this board I don't know if I would have went through with this. I don't know of anyone else who has the band so I didn't have anyone to talk to about it. This board has been a wealth of information!

Knock on wood, I haven't had any problems. No gas, no terrible pain, nothing. I hope it stays that way!

Again thanks to everyone for your support!! It's nice to be on the other side!!!

Hey, Al, CONGRATULATIONS!! Welcome to Bandlandia, and all that entails. I hope you're resting, because as I know from personal experience feeling too good after a big ordeal can lead to OVERdoing it. And that's not good. Don't be afraid to do some serious resting for the next several days.

Congratulations, again, and be good to yourself! :):D :D

Awesome Al! Congrats! Glad you're feeling well! Yeah, this board is great, isn't it? I'm so glad I found it myself! Take care of yourself, now!
