nutrition advice

Hiya i was banded on the 3rd july, still feeling very lousy and think its because im not getting the right nutrition. Im currently allowed soft foods with lumps in, not mashed up. Like soup with bits in. So ive been pretty much living off just that. I do my home made soups jam packed with veg but feel like im missing something else. Any suggestions?xx
