Free exercise apps for iphone

Hey everyone -

I was just diddling around the App Store on my phone and discovered some free exercise apps. You can find ones for arms, abs, butt, legs etc. they show you the movements and form and then count out the reps for you. Did an arm set with a resistance band this morning and really liked it. I recommend them to anyone looking for home workouts. I think I will also get a lot of use out of them when I'm in hotels for work travel.

I really like this workout: http://well.blogs.nytimes.com/2013/05/09/the-scientific-7-minute-workout/ It's very concise and you can use cool websites or apps like this on your computer, phone, or tab
