Banded last friday!

Really having a bad day! Asking myself why did I do this!! I know it's all in my head but I'm feeling so weak and sore

It's hard especially at first. The weight loss is a great motivator but I also had to utilize the support group at my doc's office a lot for help. Later on I even saw a therapist to help me work through some things. It'll get better so just keep your chin up!

Thank you! My dr's office isn't offering much help! I just called the hospital to speak to the Nutritionalists;) so well see what happens

Well you just and surgery you are going to be weak and sore. That comes with any procedure that is done. You were cute on of course you are going to be sore and your weak because you were cut on and are on liquids right now. Its not going to be like this forever only a few weeks if that. Your doctors office don't have a support group for the lap band or a nutritionist?

No he's hasn't offered any of these choices to me! He's mainly a general surgeon I'm thinking I should of maybe looked into another dr.. ;(

Oh I see. Ok I went through true results and they offer all of that. I have an advocate I can call with any concerns. Maybe you can look around to join some support groups in your area. I am sure there are plenty. Im here just inbox me if you need any advice, help or just need to vent.
