This morning I tried a new way to make eggs.
I used a muffin pan and put one piece of thinly cut ham in each of the cups.
In a mixing bowl I beat 12 eggs (for 12 muffin cups). I wasn't feeling adventurous this morning so I didn't blend anything in with the eggs.
I put small pieces of cheese in each of the cups and then poured the eggs in the cups.
The eggs baked on 350 degrees for 18 minutes. They were moist but I like them that way.
I hope you enjoy this fast and easy recipe as much as my wife and I did.
