Whole30

Has anyone else tried the Whole30 My wife and I have completed it twice. After the program we found out that my wife has a wheat intolerance and I am lactose intolerant. I'm wondering if anyone else with a band has tried it and what your experience was. If you are interested I'll place a link at the bottom, it's a very strict program but I can't tell you how amazing I felt at the end of it.

I have done Whole30 prior to my band last summer. I am ready to do another round.
