Help! I Am On Day 3 Of My Liquid Diet And It Is So Hard! Having To Cook For My Family Then Watching Everyone Eat And I Drinking A Shake. Its Not Easy Any Tips To Help Me Get Through The Next 11 Days I Will Greatly Appreciate It. I Know Its Gonna Be WoRth It In The End. Just Wish It Was Easier.
