I have become a very bad bandster. I have taken everything for granted, over eaten and have not appreciated my band. In fact I have flat out abused it. As a result I stopped visiting the sight because I would feel guilty. Well I am here right now to hold myself accountable. I am rededicated. I will be a good bandster. I messed up but i'm jumping back on the boat.

Good on you. I'll join you. I've been absolutely terrible for the past two weeks. Was it me only last week mouthing off about how I've learned new habits? I'm suitably humbled and will not be eating lime and cracked pepper chips for Breakfast again tomorrow.
