I have had my band a year and a half and I got the worst band pain on Saturday. The pain came all at once and it was in the general band area. It felt like when I used to have gall bladder attacks, back when I had a gall bladder. It started in my band area and then a horrible headache came. It lasted for about 30 minutes and then stopped and then I had a small stabbing pain that night when I went to bed in the same area. I have been eating horribly and drinking cokes (please no shoe throwing) and wonder if it was just some horrible heartburn incident. I haven't had heartburn since my surgery, BUT, I can tell it is still down there because when I eat it is like the valve opens while the food slips thru and that burning feeling comes up. I can only feel it when I eat, but this incident happened like 5 hours after breakfast. I know I should go to the doc and have an endo, but I am lazy and cheap. ( I know,I will go!) Has anyone ever experienced something like this??
