did i make it slip

can you excersize after six weeks? some one please tell me because i went running today after 6 weeks and 4 days and now everytime i take a bite I burp and everytime i take a drink i burp and have a weird back draft up my throat Im freeking out this didnt happen till i went running do you think i made my band slip ?

My surgeon told me ALL forms of exercise are fine after 6 weeks and only to limit abdominal exercises for the first 6 weeks post-op. Since you're 6 weeks out, you should be fine.

c thats what i thought but when i did of course this happened just to freak me out i guess i will wait and see how i feel in a couple of days...I would cry if i had to loose it already....

Lenay, I believe the one rule that I have heard most on LBT is "If you think you're having a problem, go back on liquids for a couple of days. Give your band a chance to relax."
