Before & Now Picture

I cut my face out, sorry you all! Banded 12/21/12 starting at 262 day of surgery. Weighed 199 today (5/17/13). Def in the green zone! Panty and bra, hopefully no worse than a pic in a bikini. :/ Pic is night before surgery and yesterday.

Second thoughts on the pic. :( Figured out how to remove pic but not delete entire post. Sorry!

No problem! Share when you are 100% comfortable. Great job!! 63 pounds!!

To be honest with you, I felt like a Mack truck hit me right after surgery but within two weeks I felt so much better. I did have pain meds but there are pains including that dreaded gas pain. My advice to you is to walk, walk, walk then walk some more and move your arms as much as possible.

My pain meds helped but getting rid of the gas was key and it helped me even more and I became less dependent on pain meds. I promise you it does get better! Best wishes to you.
