Surgery on Thursday

I'm a little nervous and have been on a Protein Liquid diet, I have been working out since January and have lost 30lbs 280lbs to 250lbs. I know after the surgery I will not be able to workout as hard, I'm working out more now due to trying to keep myself from stressing out about my surgery, I don't know what to buy so I just brought some Protein mix, Gatorade and water since I gave up juices, sodas and sugar drinks 2 years ago. Please Help:-) I want to know what I have to expect after surgery, I do know that everyone is different but some Symptoms are a like. They say Nurses are the worst patients:-(
