Sometimes too much cc's at a time is a big shock to your pouch and there's an adjustment period. Also, my doctor wants me too stay on liquids for 24 hours after each fill. Sometimes I go an extra day or two, staying a bit longer on liquids and then introducing blended/smashed foods for another day or so. If you continue to have this feeling contact your doctor.

Best wishes

I do the same after fills

My MR gives a reminder paper that I post to fridge

After a fill t hey say full liquids for up to 48 hrs then soft for another 24-48 hrs then remember to chew and start introducing the diet

But I was scared about vomiting this past time so I stayed on full liquids from this past Thursday( got filled) til Monday and actually still on soft and my shoes

I feel very tight.
