I love Mushrooms so when this was shared with me, I was Ecstatic, lol.
Anyways I'm now sharing with my fellow Present & Future Bander's
What you need: 2 tablespoons butter (those who don't use butter may substitute with Pam cooking spray)
3 cloves garlic, minced
8 ounces white mushrooms, quartered
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
Add garlic and saute for about 4 minutes.
Add mushrooms, saute for another 2 minutes, then add balsamic.
Sauté until mushrooms are cooked, usually another 3-4 minutes, add parsley and serve!
Now me myself will add diced Tomatoes (another fav of mines) ...
