Hi youall, it has been awhile since i have been on , don't really now why i backed off other than things have not gone quite the way i had hoped it would. It was 1 year on the 12 that i had my band with the plication and i have manage to lose 55lbs but most of that came off before the surgery. After my band things where really slow maybe 1-2 lbs a month, for the first few months. i only have 2cc in my band but i dont feel like thats my problem. I feel like i have good resteriction because there are a lot of things i absolutly can not eat and one of them is bread. There are days that even water hurts to drink if i try and drink to fast. My Dr and i have been over my eating habits and everything is ok there. sometimes i might have a week moment and have one to many hurshey kisses. In the last few months i have caught myself falling back into some of my old bad habits like snaking in the evening in front of the TV. or just eating because it sounds good, not because i am hungery. So i am back on track again watching my calory intake and i am going to get to my goal. Thanks for letting me vent.
