Meal plan!

Hi everyone, I was just wondering if anyone is able to supply me with a weekly meal plan that has really helped them loose weight? I understand that everyone is different, and it's a slow process, but my 21st birthday is coming up in about 2 months and I'm eager to loose as much as I can before then!

My specific process has been delayed quite a bit due to having to have my gallbladder out (I only had my first fill two weeks ago, 6 months after I was banded!)

So if anyone can help me out i'd be much obliged :)

Thanks so much!
