Illinois medicaid does it pay

Hi I have two questions. I have illinois medicaid will they pay for a lap band? Second what are all of the hoops you have to jump threw to get it approved? Can someone give me an idea on what to expect. Thanks

Most states Medicaid do now because its cheaper to treat obesity than it is to treat all of the health issues it causes
