Anyone from UK?

I was just curious is this was a predominately USA site? or if its world wide? I noticed a lot of talk about medical insurance etc.

There are specific topics like NHS funding that I don't think applicable to some members... Just wondered if there was a recommended UK site in addition to this one (which is fab for support) but that looks at NHS post codes / waitng lists etc.
