Which bite timer app for iPhone?

I have seen that others have used an app, I am struggling to stretch 3oz out to 15-20 minutes! Are there any free ones? Mindful Bites, Eat Slower Pro!, and My meal timer are all $.99

Thank you!

I use the free Eat Slower! and I like it a lot. I don't know what the .99 would buy you - it has everything you need.

How much time do u use for your intervals. Do you use the timer for while your chewing or between bites?

I haven't actually used it yet, only had a chance to download last night and have only had a protein shake so far. I was planning to use for my bite intervals as I am in still in the mushy phase and chewing 30 times isn't realistic, there isn't anything left to chew by 10 bites!

I set the timer for 1:00 chew for about :15 or :20 and just wait for it to buzz at me for the next bite.
